Try perhaps also LycaMobile which has a slightly cheaper offer for calls to US cell phones: http://www.lycamobile.nl/rates_eng.htm

I wanted a Lycamobile SIM but couldn't find anyone willing to ship to the US. The Lebara SIM was offered on eBay so I grabbed it. Now I just have to figure out how to activate it.
