You were (almost) lukcy... I know dealers selling that settings for 25 € ... anyway using Google (or this forum) you can find all the italian APNs

But why should they? Learning foreign languages isn't easy. And Italy is and will always be one of the the world's most imporant travelling destinations so people will arrive there even if they will not be able to communicate
