![]() I'm having problems with the new UM+ card too. When I try to use the new +44 sim card, I get a text message back saying "the sim card has not been activated yet". But I did activate it on the UM website and did a parial balance transfer too.
When I try to call a number I get my balance on the screen and then receive the call back. But when I answer it I just hear a series of beeps - and then the text message "not activated" comes. Surely if I receive the call back the sim card is active? |
