![]() I received my card yesterday 08/02. I was able to activate and transfer half of the balance on my +423 card without any problems.

How did you do balance transfer, there's no link to balance transfer on their website, only the do not transfer link. I tried both old and new number. can u let me khow? thanks |

![]() I believe you can only do a balance transfer after activating the new card via the “my orders” link using the PUK that came with the sim. After that, the UM+ number showed up in the transfer to dropdown. Yes, before activating the new sim the only option was “do not transfer”
