received mine yesterday, tranferred half the balance to the new card and both are still working.

I did notice on some incoming call that the caller id did not show up.

The caller id dependes on many factors. I have generally noticed that when calling from non voip providers the id is shown more often.

Yes, this is more a problem of the calling provider rather than of the SIM-card. Most of the very cheap providers here also do not transmit the caller ID as they route on some very strange ways i suppose
