Can't Top Up Globalsim, and They Won't Respond

1.Yes, I am using the number and PIN that they send. The SIM works fine, but when I tried to log in I've got an error.
2. I can successfully log in in to http://longdistancesim.host4tele.com/hosting/globalsim/
Is it possible to popup using this site?

Yes, you can do pretty much everything (forward, turn VM on/off, set VM options, call log, topup, etc.) on this site. Way more than you can on the other site. Click on profile, and go from there. Account/billing tabs wil show your balance and call history.
