There is a setting in the voda software to use a VPN. I seem to recall a proxy setting, but I can't find in today. At least the Voda gives me a half decent GPRS here in an old stone building in the old part of town; I get almost no signal on my Wind voice phone, I have to walk to the piazza and stand on the church steps. "Eco-terrorists" blew up a Wind antenna over a year ago, service has been weak ever since. Sono piu o meno mezzo strada fra Effendi and Andrea... in Versilia. OT, but Wind sent me an SMS about a 3000euro max bonus for domestic calls, to dial 158 before the end of the month. I'll have to find out what that's about, and whether there is a catch to it. |
