Since I already have a UM SIM I was leaning that way, but with all the recent reported problems I'm not adverse to switching. So do any of your international SIMs have really good subscriber to subscriber rates?

Don't forget the 25 cents setup fee in UM.
You'll really pay 64 cents for 1 minute, 1.03 euro for 2 minutes, 1.42 for 3 minutes. For short calls (up to 2 minutes) Travelsim with no setup fee, 50 cents rate to Estonia and free incoming calls is better. Perhaps some Manx SIM might be better but check it for yourself .

Well I checked Belgium first and it's .69 euro to call Estonia from there -- didn't check the others but should have. And it wasn't clear to me from their website whether mobiles were included in their rates (i.e. .50 euro to Germany -- is that both landlines and mobiles?).
