ok... checkin' the official website ( http://ec.europa.eu/information_soci...l/index_en.htm ) i can note that the EuroTariff will be surely in Reunion, French Guinea and Caraibe (the map http://www.europa.eu/abc/european_co...s/index_en.htm ).
Looking for some official websites we can note that this can be the 'official' list for EuroTariff: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Canaries, Azores, Madeira, French Guinea, Guadeloupe, French Reunion and Gibraltar. Anyway Greenland, St. Pierre et Miquelon, St. Martin (dutch), French Polynesia etc. seem to be out...
