Country: | 28-05-2007, 06:04 Most international sims do not charge for incoming sms but they have higher rates for outgoing. Um is 39 cents, travelsim is 35 cents, probably a manx sim is a bit less |

Country: | 28-05-2007, 11:48 AFAIK none of them charge for incoming SMS ('cause all of them are European based). Free incoming SMS both in home country and in roaming is rather a standard in the most of the world. |

Country: | 28-05-2007, 12:50 Look at mobile Java programs that send over wap/grps - 1 to about 8 cents each, plus data cost for about 1.5k, though someone has told me 3k (perhaps his messages are longer than mine) Most of the global SIMs don't do data ... |
