Can't Top Up Globalsim, and They Won't Respond

I remember they were having some problems in February when I tried to topup. But, that was supposed to be fixed in April when they move to a different merchant. Looks like it's still a problem. Did you try it from their website and this other hosting site?

Yes, I did try topping up on the Globalsim site.

I just looked at the other site you referenced, which appears to be for a different card with different pricing and now way, as far as I can tell, to log in with my Globalsim number and top up. Is there some secret way I'm missing?
