Confused about Italian sim card - Page 2

so when i arrive in the milan airport and I am purchasing this card, do i tell the clerk everything i want.. senzoscatta and meganolimit with a call your country option?

Just ask for a new prepaid card with tariff "Senza Scatto New" and ask the clerk to activate the Call Your Country option. Then refill the card with at least 25 euros (you can ask the clerk to do for you) and then send an SMS to the toll free number 4533 writing "MEGA SI" and wait for the confirmation SMSes (usualy 1 day before the option is active).

Ah, ask the clerk to se you English on your card as well, otherwise just dial 4242 (free) and wait till you hear something in English.
