I have found this some time ago, when Geosim charged me USD 0.25 for forwarding to 09 Icelandic number. I believe new forwarding rules started on March 1.

Hmm, I think I saw old rules even in April, but not wery sure about it

As of today, forwarding to Iceland costs 0.29, Estonia 0.21, Monaco 0.19, UK (e.g. to another Manx SIM with different free incoming countries) 0.10 and Liechtenstein - tadaaaaa!!!: $1.00

And all prices are VAT-exclusive...

I know it for sure as was charged for diverting on March 2. Unfortunately.
