Yeah they sent an SMS to everyone in November, if I'm not wrong. There's a discussion about it on this forum as well. If you bought your card later of course you didn't receive the SMS, but all the conditions are written on the website.
On the 155.it they should show you everything. It's not in real time but usually there's 1/2 days delay, not more. The SIM card was bought last summer but it is in a data card which is in a wireless router which is in a boat. So the SMS message would not have been received and so the customer would never have known.
If only they had emailed. I still see no items listed since the the 12-Feb and no data since 1 SMS on 12/2. No data has been recorded. I honestly think that this is an illegal change by WIND - they have stolen real money but I don't know what to do about it. |
