![]() Well, do you know if someone used the card yesterday? If so it's likely that they spent all that money... it's quite easy to finish such a credit with a 921,60€/MB tariff... yeah, it looks like a crime, but they are the conditions of the offer since December, as stated on Wind official site (and here too).
I suppose you can throw the simcard in the garbage bin now, unless you want to recharge it again and then deactivate the Mega NoLimit option sending an SMS to 4533 writing MEGA NO. There are no best roaming data offers anymore, the ones from Wind where the only ones. There's still the small wap-pass with Wind with a € 30 bonus of data for €3.00/month. It's very small, but it still has the old rates. ![]() I don't know if someone used the card yesterday - but I am trying to find out. But why is it not displayed on the "Dettaglio chiamate" list? Does it take some time to appear?
Did WIND send a message to each customer to notify them about this big change in cost? If not, how are they supposed to know? Stealing €250 is very bad. |
