It appears that the cheapest callthrough in the UK for UK mobiles (08445667566) can not reach 07924 numbers!

Some questions about the 0844 number:

* Can I dial it from another country (with VOIP maybe, if so, which provider?)
* What is the cost for dialing this number?
* Who is providing this number? Is there a comany-site with more information?
