However, Plus and Orange use USSD in prepaid roaming (whereas Orange supports direct dialling in some networks, it's always even more expensive than using USSD) so the "full" numbers stored in the SIM/phone are useful just for SMS/MMS sending. But, as long as "native" SMSC is used, national prefix isn't really necessary for sending SMSes. |
