Mexico - Mexico City and Veracruz

I usually roam in the UK and Europe - completely ignorant about Mexico - I'll probably keep using one of our mobiles on tmo - I finally found our UM card ( 2.49/min!!! - but I still have credit left ) . I still might pick up a sim card in Veracruz, since I've got quite a few people to touch base while there. (family reunion)
