That does not work either. I can pick up my home phone and ring it using TTI-National (MCI) with no problems. This is frustrating.
I can't call my o9 number through any carrier (Cingular, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Skype). I also can't make an outbound call from the US to anywhere. o9 sent me a new SIM but it doesn't work either. It's frustrating to me as well, because we're supposed to use it every once in a while in order not to lose the credit.

Can you make a outbound call using o9 in the US?

Have not tried due to the expense.

You can try an outbound call, just don't answer. You will only use up airtime if the number you call answers. (Not tested with O9 but this is true of a lot of providers. I just tested it with my PagePlus CDMA prepaid phone roaming on Canadian coverage.)

CA: SaskTel, Wind postpaid; Rogers, Bell postpaid iPad flex plans; US: T-Mobile postpaid data, prepaid voice; PureTalk (AT&T MVNO) prepaid voice/data; AT&T prepaid iPad plan

Hardware: Too much but notably iPhone 5, iPad Mini Retina LTE, Moto G LTE (N.A. version), iPhone 4. All unlocked.

Question 09 in Mexico - 14-05-2007, 21:17

Hi Guys,
did anyone of you recently use the 09 card in Mexico?
Just got a call from my boss that I need to fly over there on Thursday.

Our company phone provider charges 2.55 Euro out and 1.55 Euro inbound there..... geez.

Chris

I was there in November and my 09 card worked fine with "free" incoming calls. Since then I've heard that their may have been some change in how it works.

Thanks for your info.
