More Voicestick Problems

As long as you have asked, have you guys managed to fix the problem that sees me get charged for 5 minutes of time when a call goes into voice mail of a forwarded call...this has kept me from using voicestick for my trips and is a shame because you have a good product.

Certainly after several months, the cause of this should have been found and fixed...this does not seem to be a problems for any other phone provider I know of.
