I agree on all counts. I sit here waiting to be able to help you (and
others) but am unable to do so and share your frustration. Our
customer care team is in a like situation as we all await the
technical relocation of a switch from one office to another. While
technical work must go on I agree there are better ways to handle
it. I will advise you when your account has been charged.
