Official Response From Yackie Mobile

Hello,
I did not receive any SIM card or anything at all from you since I placed my order at the beginning of August.
I was debited of 68.81? on the 10th of August 2006.
I have received NO refund since then.
Should I contact my bank to advise them that this debit came from a fraudulent transaction?

I await your reply.

I already send 3 mails, without any response.
