Speaking from vague memory, and without checking, if you call your DID number and don't hang up then you eventually get some options

Changing Your Callback Number and Advanced Features:

You can change your callback number 3 ways 1) online via the Onine Account Manager; 2) after you receive a callback; 3) if you dial your access number and let it ring several times until answered - but you will pay the direct call in this case.?
How to change callback numbers after you receive your callback: when you hear the announcement ?Enter Phone Number?, you may access any one of the following advanced feature options by pressing the corresponding code buttons:


*1# To change your current callback number to a different callback number.
*2# To change your current extension to a different extension.
*4# To redial the last destination number called.
*5# To set up and/or edit speed dial numbers.

- not entirely clear if those options apply to the after receiving callback method as well, but play with it a bit
