O2 Asia

In reading about the O2 rebrading of Eurotel, I went over to O2 Plc. and I see "O2 Asia".
I know they sell HTC devices branded as O2, but I don't think they sell service, they just sell devices.

Anyone know what the deal is?

It looks like it's their Asia presence. Their main goal is: "O2 Asia Pacific provides consumers in Asia Pacific and Middle East with innovative, premium mobile data devices and services that enhance everyday business solutions and lifestyle needs."
