While doing this testing were you able to verify that calls were being billed correctly? Are calls that did not complete such as busy calls, or calls that failed still being billed? Also, were you using the same old sim card with the deactivated DID (could not receive incoming calls) during this testing? Currently, the call log shows all calls(failed, busy, etc.) appropriately, but bills $0.35 for them. So, were you able to verify that this is no longer happening? It's good to now that calls are completing both ways successfully, but what about their billing? It will not help much if one gets the new sims but the billing is still off.

There was an issue with the codecs between the Florida DID numbers and Yackie's system, so new phone numbers were required. The new numbers are once again Ohio-based numbers. Preliminary testing overall was encouraging, with both outgoing and incoming calls coming through. There are currently a couple kinks that they are working through regarding calls from landline numbers, but hopefully they will be worked out shortly, and we all should be getting some positive news soon.
