I Have A Bunch Of Questions Regarding Gsm And Data

Ok, I'm convinced that the best option for me is to purchase either a Geosim (although I don't know if my new Nokia 6630 is compatible with their SIM according to there website), or a Globalsim (they have slighty higher tariffs than Geosim),and a Wind SIm with a Data Plan. I see that the Wind SIM purchase service is suspended until 27th August. Is it still suspended? If it is is theri any other way fro me to get my hands on one without an Italian Fiancial Number.
