You tried with simyo, right?

I am surprised by the quality of the online self service of the German MEDIONmobile, to which I have just registered. It looks sophisticated! (Unlike the Dutch and Belgian MEDIONmobile operators which smell very cheap and have no online service at all)

Yes, i tried with Simyo. Usually their self service center is great, but this time...
