![]() My SMART prepaid SIM has stopped connecting to either AT&T or T-Mobile here in California. T-Mobile stopped a week or so ago. AT&T stopped this weekend.
[Times are approximate, they are when I noticed.] Anybody else having this issue? Does anyone have a customer service phone number I can use to try to get in touch with them? The do not seem to show one online and the 'help system' is not working for me. |

![]() I was able to contact CS through their web based help.
Today [2/15/2014] it is now connecting to AT&T but not T-Mobile. |

![]() My only experience with that was a guy from P.I. who forgot to activate roaming before he left P.I.
