It is more complicated than a regular number sim swap since it has to be done on both UK and the US operators at the same time. This has to be done manually via emails and there is a high chance for errors. We are looking for a solution.

Looks like Telestial is rolling out a Dual number SIM. They charge a 19 cent inbound fee when callers call in on the U.S. number. Telestial does charge a connection fee of 35 cents.

ekit also seems to be updating their charges for the Dual numbers.
