Sorry to hear of your problems. Their customer care has always fixed things for me. It takes a while, sometimes. If you don't hear from them by Monday, I would send another email.
There is (was) a way to call the help line from a landline so you don't consume your mobile minutes. It is true they are having their issues and probably did the switch before testing all aspects of their new system. Best of luck.
