Sorry to hear of your problems. Their customer care has always fixed things for me. It takes a while, sometimes. If you don't hear from them by Monday, I would send another email.

There is (was) a way to call the help line from a landline so you don't consume your mobile minutes.

It is true they are having their issues and probably did the switch before testing all aspects of their new system.
