I am unable to use the Um + card and also unable to dial it. Has anyone tried to call his number? The call does not get through!

Well, let's add another phone to the incompatibility list... The Nokia E61 reboots itself when dialing any number, including the short ones (089, 094 etc).

So far it works fine with SonyEricsson Z520a and Motorola V635.

Its not rebooting my E61, but its certainly not working. Also doesn't work on Samsung X820.

It will tell me my balance, then tells me via a SMS that the card isn't activated yet and that I will be connected to customer service. *shrug*

Adding another phone that doesn't work: Benq-Siemens EF81

When calling direct or from telephone book:
"Service unavailable" and mobile turns off / crashes

When calling from the UM menu:
After the message "Calling [telephone number]" the phone turns most of the time off. Only 3 times (of over 15 tries) I got the message with the balance and the callback.

I tried it again on two other E61's and it seems to be firmware specific. It rebooted both phone with the latest software - 3.0633.09.04, while the one with older firmware - 2.0618.06.05 simply didn't work.

When the phone is on, the call will go through with some of my long distance carriers; with others it doesn't (which is probably a problem with Jersey not necessarily just the UM+ card).

When the phone is off, the number is not recognized and I get a message the call cannot be completed and to check the number! Can't set up voicemail (although they gave me a temporary pin for voicemail).

I get the same response (that the number does not exist) even when the phone is on or the call does not get through. Tried many providers (local and international). I suppose it is a temporary problem. I can get through cs (+447937099911) though
