Today i received the UM+ sim card, and i registered it on web site.
When on transfer menu, the sever cannot do it.
"transfer was not successful".
i have more than 14 euro on old +423 number..
I write to customer care but no answer at the moment.
Who help me ?

Worked ok yesterday for me. Had 30 euros on the +423 card and split it 15 / 15 with the +44 Jersey card. Hope you get a reply from customer services soon!
