The same exact thing happened to me.Then I received an email from them shorly afterwards. As per the thread I referenced above.

I think it's still down. But, I am sure they (Travis or someone else there) should be able to add some credit to your sim. It was not critical for me since my reason for wanting to topup was to extend the life of the sim. Which is really not neccesary since any chargable activity will do it.

You are certainly correct about this website having alot more meat on it. Even the call detail is more complete than on the Globalsim website, and there are many other options.
