What about their phone number? I ordered globalsim after comparing rates through this site. I thought I would call them to get a delivery estimate, but found that the customer service number rings on someone's mobile phone. The first time I got someone who was walking outdoors in a windy area, and the second time I got a voice mailbox. From the US I'm dialing 011-44-7624-155855. I'm fairly familiar with international dialing and believe that's the correct number to call. Is freeglobalsim.com a legitimate service?

It's a legitimate service. I have had their sim since summer of last year, and have used it in several countries. My sim arrived in about 4 days after ordering.

It could be legitimate service but it looks very strange now for a business. If you note, they remove the contact office from their website. I know because I call Sunday no one answer and I will try on Monday, but they already remove it.
Ok. How I said it could works, they could have problem, but they looks now like a "dusty in the air", they only disapear.
Yesterday I got their answer from my e-mail that I sent 7 days ago, I reply, how long will take to me get this replay??? I don't know.
I saw that has many companies that stay with problems. If you check now the webpage of the CallBlue () they stop the service by 10 weeks. It is crazy...image the company that needs the card, "ohhh stop to make business during 10 weeks". Well at least they advise. The same, like exist in the forum, everyone say about GT-Sim, but at least they supply change the prices but not stoped the service.
I bought a card from TravelSIm and it not works and no one give any support
I try make a contact with Travis by private message that stay in the forum like GlobalSim director and till today I got no answer.

So you can believe that all is good company but we can't be confidence in their services.
I really hope that all be solved and all companies could work in a good way. So in this case we can buy what if choose that is better to us, without afraid to lose our money.

As they are all resellers from a big brand i guess there are not only a few of these companies who only operate with a handful of people. If one of the cards gets too popular they are just overload with requests...

Update on this -- three days after I ordered, I did get the dispatch email. If their delivery estimate is accurate, it turns out it is barely enough time for me to get the card before I leave the country. So I suppose if I get the card, I will use it... no responses yet to either my polite inquiries to start with, or my frustrated follow-ups by phone message and email when I did not get a response.

The lack of customer service does not bode well for this service, however... I understand the previous poster's point that there may only be a few people in the company, but there needs to be someone at the other end of the line to follow up.
