What happens with GlobalSIM e-mail

It is very bad "amroe" I imagem how many people already bought and maybe stay without phone, like you.
I call them just now and it falls in a VoiceMail with other number. So is impossible to know what is happen.
I really would like buy many card to my companie, but even the price is returned in credit, it not works and the support is ZERO too.
