Yes, this is correct.

But out of my €300 Mega 300 balance I still have €261 remaining according to the Mega 300 balance page.

From which I conclude:
- the cost has gone up
- there's a fault in the billing system (or I'm getting a discount!)

Can you do this test? Send a SMS to 4155 (it's free from abroad too) writing "SALDO"... you'll receive a SMS where you can check every your bundle (in this case Mega300), so you can tell us your remaining credit
