What? None of what you posted addresses the issue of whether data can be refilled (not filled, refilled) more than once per month. When I walked into a Vodaphone shop and a Yoigo shop, they specifically told me that data could only be refilled once per month, and nothing you posted above contradicts that. I don't know how else to explain this.
