xxsim charges EU to EU calls per minute, not per second according to EU regulations.
Camelmobile simcards charge 0.19eur./min. for intra-europe calls but with per second billing, so as airbalticcard simcards too. camelmobile also offers direct calling (no callback) in EU countries |
