Tim Italy: Aggiornamento dati (update personal data)

Recently (1 month ago) TIM advise me, by sms that they have not (for me they don't find) all my documents copies for a Sim activated more than 2 years ago.
They ask me to resend these documents copies, if not so the sim will be blocked.
I went to TIM center giving the documents, they say TIM are reorganizing all customers documents due to a new law/regulation.
And so to many customers they send this request to resend documents.
