Italy - WIND PIN

Hi all

I posted my successful experiences with a WIND prepaid SIM last month on http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/ital...ers-t2785.html

Now I've come to use it again this month and it's asking for a PIN. I remember this was printed on the credit card holder that I snapped the SIM out of. I did keep it but despite turning the house upside down I can't find it.

So my question is can I retrieve this somehow? I'm happy to call up WIND or whatever when I get to Italy but what info etc will I need? Anyone done this before?
