Several friends are heading to Austria for about a month and would like to purchase a pair of local SIM cards.
As far as I can tell <b>bob wertkarte</b> is their best bet, except it's not too clear how long the registration process takes and what kind of information is required. The second question is where can top-ups be purchased?
