What happens with GlobalSIM e-mail

It's a legitimate service. I have had their sim since summer of last year, and have used it in several countries. My sim arrived in about 4 days after ordering.

I'm fairly familiar with international dialing and believe that's the correct number to call. Is freeglobalsim.com a legitimate service?
