Since the first sign of relief IF ANY is scheduled for October, I added the note about keeping our international cards.

AND it is quite true that the article contains FEW IF ANY SPECIFICS as to what rates, if any, MIGHT be lowered.

IF (big IF), the EU or other regulatory bodies are doing their job properly, they should NOT be fooled by such statements and reports.

I think we will have to wait and see and as always continue to find ways to beat the unnecessarily high cost of calling and being called while roaming.

If UM and others can do it for less, why can't the big boys?
