I am having some problems recharging a WIND SIM card online from the UK. Can anyone shed any light on it?

Here is the email from MondoWind on line:

Dal momento che per l ordine in oggetto tale verifica non ? risultata completamente soddisfacente, per motivi di sicurezza l ordine che hai effettuato ? stato annullato.

I managed to add ?25 to the card but now I would like to add more credit (?60 or ?100) but it has rejected the order a few times now.
Can anyone suggest why?

I am paying with a UK VISA card. Do I need to change any of the details in the order from the suggested ones?
