I am having some problems recharging a WIND SIM card online from the UK. Can anyone shed any light on it?

Here is the email from MondoWind on line:

I managed to add ?25 to the card but now I would like to add more credit (?60 or ?100) but it has rejected the order a few times now.
Can anyone suggest why?

I am paying with a UK VISA card. Do I need to change any of the details in the order from the suggested ones?

The message says that the verification of your credit card failed and that the order was cancelled for security reasons.

Whyever that is.

i had no problem using credit card wgdm topping up in the end of june. i'm planning to top up again now in end of september but don't know now if it will work? is it mostly larger top up amounts that won't work?

MondoWind.it has a crappy service from a long time... thanks to Edmund I saw that the SAME credit card, now for them is not more sure. This is crazy... if you have some troubles anyway try to use an Am.Ex. credit card, then I'll try to contact them for you. But this is a hard fight against a (horrible) provider (MondoWind.it is not provided by Wind, but by OmniaNetwork)
