![]() Actually tmobile payg is the only US carrier that does not charge for incoming SMS/MMS. All of them do offer some kind of unlimited SMS package for a fee though. They were supposed to start charging for both incoming SMS and MMS as of the beginning of August. But, they have not started yet.

![]() Sadly, T-MO US prepaid now charges 5 cents US to receive an SMS. Still 10 cents to receive. Not sure of MMS price to receive; sending is 25 cents US, I believe.
