I found out that there are the following companies who have to travel SIM cards for free incoming calls in Bulgaria:
Cheap International calls with a roaming SIM card: SIM4travel www.worldsim.com Are there any other travel SIM cards with free incoming calls in Bulgaria? Please write only about International roaming GSM sim cards. |

Travelsim (www.travelsim.com) offers free incoming calls in Bulgaria. I always use it when I travel and I'm pretty satisfied with their service.
