Sim card for roaming in Bulgaria

I found out that there are the following companies who have to travel SIM cards for free incoming calls in Bulgaria:
Cheap International calls with a roaming SIM card: SIM4travel
www.worldsim.com

Are there any other travel SIM cards with free incoming calls in Bulgaria?

Please write only about International roaming GSM sim cards.

Travelsim (www.travelsim.com) offers free incoming calls in Bulgaria. I always use it when I travel and I'm pretty satisfied with their service.
