T-Mobile, Orange, Telecom Italia Mobile, Telenor, TeliaSonera und Wind with 200 M customers.... first reduction in October 2006 to 45 ecents... then one year later down to 36 ecents per minute.

Nothing about free inbound, however. Supposed to be a 50% reduction. That would imply ~ 72 ecents per minute now.

"Market forces are working" according to T-Mobile boss Ren? Obermann. No need for the EU to intervene.
