![]() Hey gang-
Leaving for Europe tonight and tried to do a quick test of my UM phone before leaving the US. I usually just check my Balance, which is free. Anyhow, I'm getting the Please Wait message indefinitely and I never get the callback from UM. The phone is logged onto the Cingular network. I figured I'd switch network to T-mobile, but when I choose to Scan for Available Networks, I get a Network Busy message, so it won't even let me try to switch from Cingular. I'm using a Motorola V188. Anyone else running into problems today? I'm in Atlanta BTW. Dave |

![]() I just tried a United Mobile balance notification from Connecticut. Worked fine. Had to manually switch from T-Mobile to Cingular because in my area it will default to T-Mobile when both carriers are available. Probably just a system glitch in your area.
